Where: We are based in Milan, but we work all over Italy and sometimes even abroad.
When: We were born in 2015 as an agency, but we have been out and about in the environment for almost 20 years…

Paolo mazzoni
Founder and executive manager
DNA from Bergamo but milanese by adoption, after graduating in business administration he moved to San Francisco and London where he began to follow marketing communication projects and events. Back in Milan, for 15 years he worked in the press office, integrated communication and events for the most important banking, insurance and industrial groups. The big step in 2015 when he founded M&M Events.
alessandro brazzelli
Events and Communication
Milanese born with Liguria in his heart. He began his career after graduating in Interior Design at the Politecnico di Milano as editor for fashion and design magazines. In 2016 he began his “climb” in M&M and in 2018 he officially joined the management team.
Silvia murer
Head of events
Milanese by birth but with Venetian blood. Since a young age she has been passionate about the world of communication, collaborating with various event organization agencies. After graduating in Literature she continues to work in the world of events in agencies and companies in the fashion industry. Globe trotter for work and love, in 2015 she returns to Italy from London and falls in love with the M&M Events project.
